E-cigarettes Are Harmless

According to multiple pieces of research, e cig are less harmful than tobacco cigarettes. However, that doesn’t imply that they are safe. They too have some amount of risk. 

Many vaping companies claim that e-cigarettes are harmless as it is just water vapour. But this is a piece of misleading information. Although e-cigarettes contain some water, they are also made of several other ingredients. For example, most of them are made of glycerine, propylene glycol, nicotine, and flavouring chemicals. All these ingredients can be harmful to your body.

E-cigarettes Helps Quit Smoking

You will often get to hear from companies that e-cigarettes help you stop smoking. However, that is not true. What we mean is that it is not true for everyone. Only a very few people have switched to e-cigarettes and have stopped smoking completely. In most cases, once they start vaping, they do both simultaneously. Rather than helping it is causing more troubles. Also, you should know that Health Canada has not approved e-cigarettes to help stop smoking. They advise Canadians to not use vaping or e-cigarettes.

Since the time, e-cigarettes have been introduced, they are being used by young adults and even teens. Many people claim that they are just experimenting with it. Second-hand Vapour Is Not Harmful

When you smoke cigarettes, it produces sidestream smoke. The same happens when you smoke an e cigarettes. This second-hand smoke can expose people around you to nicotine and other harmful chemicals that are contained in it. If you think it is harmless, then you have got it all wrong. It can lead to throat and eye irritation in some people, especially non-smokers and people who are sensitive to scent. So we cannot say that it is completely harmless.

E-cigarettes can be a better option than smoking. But they are not completely safe. They too come with some amount of risks. If you are ready to deal with that then e-cigarettes can be your thing.
