Time Management Has Always Been Taught

Time management has been one of the most important qualities I have learned over the last 15 years of professional swimming. I’ve learned how to take a little spare time to get what needs to be finished on time. Especially in high school, when I was studying nine days a week at the International Baccalaureate, my free time was minimal. Before school, I would wake up and swim, go back to bed, and then swim again. On evenings, on Saturdays and Sundays, I worked twice a day.

Sometimes, children and adults take a bath for weight loss. This consumes calories easily, so it’s better for overweight people to pick up because it’s low-impact.
